JAMES BUCHANAN
Director, Singapore
James has over 17 years of experience in real estate private equity and asset management, specializing in cross border transactions with the U.S. He has held senior roles in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore.
James graduated from the University of Sheffield in the UK with a BA in Japanese and Korean Studies.
JAMIE LAM
Director, Hong Kong
Jamie is a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) with over 15 years experience in real estate private equity and portfolio management. He currently serves as Managing Director of Abundancia Asset Management, a Hong Kong licensed fund manager where he is responsible for risk management, asset allocation, transaction supervision and asset strategy execution in real estate portfolios.
